At avalon asic, we strive to provide the highest quality of products and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency. For bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the same account from which the payment was made.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the refund. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
